Job description

You've probably walked past our lockers on the streets of your city. That's where it starts — but we're building something much bigger: the infrastructure layer for how Europe receives deliveries.

We've scaled past €100M in revenue across 9 countries in under four years, with tens of millions of people using our products every month. We're one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe.

We are in search of a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team as our new #bloqstar. You'll be the person who makes cross-functional delivery actually land — owning initiatives that cut across software, firmware, and physical hardware, and getting them from plan to live across the fleet. Most delivery roles stop at digital releases; here, "shipped" means new capabilities running on real lockers, in real markets, in people's hands.

Fair warning — coordinating software, firmware, and hardware delivery at the same time is genuinely hard, and we do it across multiple countries and time zones. A rollback isn't always a button click when there's hardware in the field, so readiness and sequencing matter. If you need clean hand-offs and stable processes to do your best work, this isn't the role — you'll often be building the delivery structure as you run it.

What you'll be doing

Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning software, hardware, and operational teams — from planning through to live on the fleet;

Coordinate planning, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams, countries, and time zones;

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success to turn new capabilities and initiatives into successful, on-the-ground implementations;

Establish delivery cadences and transparent reporting that keep progress, milestones, priorities, and outcomes visible across the organization — not buried in a tool only you check;

Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, driving mitigation plans and the timely decisions that keep delivery moving;

Own deployment and rollout planning across software, firmware, and hardware — phased rollouts, staged deployments, readiness checks, release calendars, and deployment windows across multiple teams and markets;

Facilitate Go/No-Go and readiness checkpoints so operational, technical, and business stakeholders are genuinely prepared for key milestones, with clear trade-offs made between scope, quality, timelines, and business priorities;

Own and continuously improve delivery workflows, governance, and tooling — Jira structures, dashboards, reporting, and automation — promoting structured delivery with a pragmatic, low-bureaucracy approach.

What you'll bring to the table

5+ years in Delivery Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar role where you owned complex, multi-team delivery end to end;

Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and overlapping dependencies — you keep the whole picture in view while others work in their slice;

Experience coordinating multi-stage delivery across environments (DEV / QA / UAT / PROD or equivalent), including rollout and rollback planning, plus production deployments with proper readiness and sign-off processes;

Proficiency in Jira — workflows, issue structures, dashboards, reporting, and automation — you build and maintain the delivery setup yourself rather than requesting it;

Strong understanding of product development and software delivery lifecycles, with the ability to work fluently across both technical and operational teams on business-critical initiatives;

Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders — you can run a Go/No-Go with engineers and report status to leadership with equal clarity;

A proactive mindset and a bias toward action, transparency, and problem-solving — you surface issues early and drive them to a decision;

Comfort working in fast-scaling environments where priorities shift and processes are still evolving.

It would be great if you would also have

Experience in companies that combine hardware manufacturing with software delivery — IoT, logistics technology, industrial technology, mobility, or similar;

Familiarity with OTA or fleet-wide firmware/software deployment;

Experience supporting initiatives across multiple countries and operational environments;

Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices;

A talent for building trust and alignment across teams with different priorities and perspectives.

Why join us?

Real end-to-end ownership of how new capabilities reach the fleet — you'll own the delivery, not just track it;

A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning;

Competitive salary and flexible benefits package, tailored to your experience and skills;

Performance-based bonus, tied to your results and designed to reward your impact;

Work how you work best — we offer a remote-friendly policy and flexible hours so you can stay productive and keep life balanced;

Portuguese Health Insurance including mental health;

Flexible Sports and Wellness membership covering multiple gyms and studios.
