EndUser Services & Support Technician

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are now looking for an EndUser Services & Support Technician who will play a key role in delivering a seamless, secure, and high‑quality IT experience for employees across the Group. This is a hands‑on, business‑critical role where you work close to end users, devices, and digital environments, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day support and continuous improvement.

You will be part of the IT Operations team, working in a multi‑country environment where service quality and user experience are essential. Reporting to the IT Security & Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues, end users, and external vendors to ensure efficient and consistent IT service delivery across all locations.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and high‑quality IT experience for end users across the Group:

Provide first‑ and second‑line IT support, onsite and remotely, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests

Install, configure, and maintain end‑user devices and standard software, managing the full device lifecycle from deployment to decommissioning

Monitor endpoint health, availability, and compliance with security and configuration standards

Support and maintain digital workplace environments, including meeting rooms, AV systems, printers, and other end‑user services

Provide technical support for store and warehouse environments, including POS systems, payment terminals, scanners, and local infrastructure

Manage IT assets, stock, and documentation, and travel to Group locations to ensure consistent and high‑quality IT service delivery

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

We are looking for a service‑oriented and hands‑on IT professional who enjoys working close to end users and takes pride in delivering a high‑quality IT experience.

+2 years of experience in end‑user IT support in a professional environment

Relevant education within IT or equivalent practical experience

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365

Hands‑on experience with deployment, support, and lifecycle management of end‑user devices

Experience working with ticketing and support management systems

Good understanding of endpoint‑related IT security principles

As a person, you are structured, organized, and calm under pressure. You are service‑minded, solution‑oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. You enjoy collaborating with others and are motivated by creating a smooth and reliable IT experience for end users.

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, end users, and external vendors across the Group, and travel to other locations is a natural part of ensuring consistent and high‑quality IT support.

OTHER INFORMATION

The position is based at our Head Office in Malmö. Travel to Group locations is part of the role. We screen applications on an ongoing basis.
