The Albert Roger Group is a fast-growing, pan-European Health & Beauty company. We bring innovative and inspiring brands to retailers and consumers across Europe, working with the Business Development Director to further expand our footprint in Germany & across Europe.
As a Business Development Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success, growing our brand presence across top European retailers.
Key Responsibilities
•
Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution across in-store and online channels
•
Launch and develop new brands into the European retail landscape
•
Manage and expand key retailer accounts, with a focus on strong long-term relationships
•
Lead negotiations, close deals, and oversee budgets to ensure profitable growth
•
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to maximise opportunities
•
Analyse market and competitor trends to stay ahead of the curve
What We’re Looking For
•
Plus 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG, ideally in beauty or personal care
•
Proven track record with large European retailers
•
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
•
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe from our offices near Frankfurt
•
Fluent in German & English (C2 bilingual /C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages a plus
