Customer Service – Claims Operations
We are looking for a Claims Operations professional to join our Servicing Customer Excellence team . In this role, you will support customers throughout the claim journey while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality claim handling.
What You Will Do
•
Review and verify claim documents to ensure completeness and policy compliance.
•
Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, live chat, etc.).
•
Provide clear updates regarding claim status and requirements.
•
Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners to support smooth claim resolution.
•
Maintain service quality while achieving operational SLA targets and preparing daily reports.
What We’re Looking For
•
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any major ( Insurance or Actuarial Science graduates are a plus ).
•
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Claims, Insurance Operations, or related fields is an advantage.
•
Basic understanding of insurance and claim processes.
•
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
•
Good communication and customer handling skills.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Google Sheets).
•
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
•
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.
Preferred Background
•
Insurance, claims handling, customer service operations, e-commerce operations, or micro insurance experience.
