The Opportunity

DITTO is looking for a highly creative and performance-minded Videographer to become a core part of its in-house content and growth team.

Working closely with the Senior Performance Creative Strategist and Social Growth & Performance Lead, you'll be responsible for producing a high volume of engaging video content that fuels both paid acquisition and organic growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content that performs.

You'll own the process from shoot through to final edit, producing UGC-style creative, product demonstrations, founder content, lifestyle shoots and social-first assets designed to drive engagement, conversions and brand growth.

You'll have the opportunity to work inside a fast-scaling consumer brand where creative testing, learning and iteration are embedded into the culture.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Creative Production

Produce high-volume video creative primarily for Meta advertising

Create UGC-style content, talking-head videos, product demonstrations and lifestyle-led creative

Build multiple creative variations from every shoot, including alternative hooks, openings, formats and durations

Work closely with the Senior Performance Creative Strategist to bring concepts and testing frameworks to life

Continuously optimise creative based on performance data and learnings

Organic Content Creation

Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Repurpose winning paid creative into organic content formats

Capture behind-the-scenes, founder-led and community-focused content

Help evolve DITTO's social presence through creative storytelling and trend-led execution

Production & Shoot Management

Plan and execute shoots from concept through to final delivery

Manage shot lists, props, locations and production logistics

Direct creators, founders and talent on camera to achieve authentic performances

Maintain consistency across brand tone, visual identity and messaging

Creative Testing & Performance

Use creative performance data to influence future production decisions

Analyse metrics including hook rate, watch time, hold rate, CTR and conversion performance

Identify winning creative themes, formats and messaging angles

Stay close to platform trends and emerging content opportunities

Content Operations

Maintain organised asset libraries and footage archives

Deliver assets in the correct specifications and formats across paid and organic channels

Continuously improve production workflows and creative output processes

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong creative instincts with a genuine interest in performance marketing.

You'll likely have experience creating content for social platforms and understand what makes people stop scrolling.

You'll be

A confident videographer and editor

Obsessed with short-form content and social trends

Comfortable shooting and editing independently

Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Curious about what drives engagement, retention and conversion

Experience We're Looking For

Experience producing short-form video content for social platforms

Strong shooting and editing capabilities

Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Understanding of performance creative principles and paid social content

Experience directing talent and creators on camera

Strong project management and organisational skills

Highly Desirable

Experience within a DTC, wellness, beauty or supplement brand

Experience creating paid social creative for Meta

UGC content production experience

Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut expertise

Experience with After Effects, Photoshop or motion graphics

Experience working closely with performance marketing teams

Access to professional camera, lighting and audio equipment
