Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with the following strengths
Planning and executing: setting objectives, planning, coordinating, managing time, budgets and resources and monitoring and reporting on progress.

Plan and deliver the end-to-end participant communications journeys, from sign-up to post-event follow-up, while optimising all information resources (websites, FAQs, CRM comms, and event guides).
•
Own and drive projects, setting timelines, managing delivery and budgets, and ensuring clear, accountable progress against milestones.
•
Partner with Marketing, Charity, Partnerships and Operations teams to translate key event information into clear, timely communications.
•
Manage participant data in the lead-up to events, incl. registration fulfilment, transport bookings and additional experience purchases.
•
Oversee supplier relationships, including merchandise providers.
•
Manage participant queries across event inboxes, social channels, and call booking systems.
•
Lead Registration and Information desks during live event weekends.
•
Deliver financial reporting and reconciliation across registrations, revenue, and forecasting.
•
Manage and support a junior team across key functions.
Your profile
•
An events, hospitality or customer service focused background.
•
Experience working in marketing, commercial or account management teams.
•
Ability to manage data accurately to support operations and reporting.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
•
Interest in technological solutions such as apps, platforms and AI.
•
Confident with Microsoft Office and ideally a knowledge of registration platforms, Mailchimp, Wordpress and accounting software.
