Lacey Smiles is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join a highly rated, well-established practice in the Olympia, WA area. If you're a general dentist with 3–7 years of experience who wants a full schedule, a great team, and the freedom to focus on the dentistry you love, this is the opportunity you've been looking for.

You'll step into an established practice with strong new-patient flow, modern technology, and an experienced support team already in place. Our lead dentist, Dr. John Hodges, is internationally recognized in implant and full-arch dentistry, so complex surgical cases stay in-house.

Clinical autonomy with real support. Treat patients the way you know is right. You get the systems, team, and stability to support you, but we never try to control your work.

A team that has your back. Skilled hygienists, dental assistants, and a welcoming front-desk team keep your day running so you can focus on patient care.

A modern, fully digital workflow. Intraoral scanners, CBCT 3D imaging, and digital records help you deliver efficient, predictable, high-quality dentistry.

A schedule that fits your life. Full-time, 4–5 days per week with a predictable, no-weekends schedule.

Compensation that rewards you. $200,000–$300,000 annual earning potential through a guaranteed daily minimum & a percentage of collections. No lab charges taken from your pay!

Your day-to-day role

Provide comprehensive general and family dentistry: exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Deliver restorative care, including fillings, crown and bridge, oral surgery, endo, clear aligners

Offer cosmetic and emergency dental services

Perform routine extractions and other procedures within your scope

Collaborate with your team and Dr. Hodges to deliver seamless, high-quality care

Build lasting patient relationships in a warm, people-focused practice serving local families and the military community

What We're Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

3–7 years of clinical experience as a general dentist preferred

Active Washington State dental license, or eligibility to obtain one before your start date

Confidence across a broad range of general dentistry procedures

A patient-first, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Earning potential of $200,000–$300,000/year includes greater of guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of collections; no lab charges
