Join Our Team!
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction & Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team at Facility Care Solution Providers. This is a leadership role for someone who has done the work, knows how to run a crew, and takes pride in delivering excellent results on every site. If you’ve got the experience, the drive, and the attitude — we want to hear from you.
Who We Are
Facility Care Solution Providers is a commercial grounds maintenance and landscape construction company serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. We maintain high-profile properties and deliver construction projects that our clients are proud of. Our crews are mobile, professional, and built on a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork.
The Role
As a Construction & Landscape Crew Leader, you’ll lead a mobile crew of 3–5 on a mix of landscape construction and grounds maintenance work across GTA client sites. You’ll drive the truck and trailer, plan the day, assign tasks, work alongside your crew, and hold the standard for quality and safety on every job.
This role covers
- Landscape construction: planting, grading, sodding, edging, and site finishing
- Equipment operation: bobcat, mini excavator, compactors, power tools, truck and trailer
- Grounds maintenance: turf care, seasonal clean-ups, mowing, trimming, and bed work
- Crew leadership: training, task assignment, quality control, and daily safety
What We’re Looking For
We’re specifically looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in landscape construction. This isn’t an entry-level position — you should be able to step on site, read the work, and lead your crew from day one.
- 3+ years of landscape construction or grounds maintenance experience
- Proven experience leading or supervising a crew on site
- Skilled in interlock, grading, sodding, planting, and/or hardscape installation
- Comfortable operating bobcats, mini excavators, compactors, and power tools
- Valid G driver’s licence required; DZ or AZ is a strong asset
- Strong communicator who can lead with professionalism and hold a crew to a high standard
- Safety-focused, dependable, and committed to doing quality work every day
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform demanding physical work in all weather conditions
Our Core Values
Every person on our team is expected to live these every day — especially our leaders:
- We Are Professional — show up ready, act with integrity, represent the company well
- We Work as a Team — support each other, communicate openly, win together
- We Find Solutions — stay calm, adapt, and fix the problem
- We Get the Job Done with Excellence — take pride in your work and go the extra mile
What We Offer
- Competitive pay aligned with your experience and skill level
- A leadership role with real responsibility and autonomy
- Supportive management team and a positive crew culture
- Well-maintained trucks and equipment
- Year-round work with a growing company that values its people
If you’re experienced, dependable, and ready to lead — we’d love to meet you. Apply now and tell us about the work you’ve done.
