IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "MARITTIM'TRAITE"

Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region is looking for an IVY volunteer!

The volunteer will support the Interreg project “MARITTIM'TRAITE" , under the Interreg Programme "Italy-France Maritime".

The objective of the Interreg project "MARITTIM'TRAITE" is to formalise the contribution of the MARITTIMO programme and the regional partnership to the implementation of the Quirinal Treaty and more broadly the strengthening of multi-level cross-border governance and cooperation. The project focuses on knowledge sharing, population and territorial integration related to maritimity and insularity.

The volunteer will be carrying out communication and implementation activities:

•

participate in the organisation of meetings (preparation of materials, minutes);

•

support the communication activities of the project (media production, various press/internet/social media communication...);

•

support the monitoring of all project activities (work plan, deliverables, timetable).

The Region is pilot of the work package on knowledge integration and as such must conduct studies, surveys, list stakeholders, organize exchanges of experiences, work with the Youth Parliament of each region. The volunteer will support these activities, in particular:

•

support for the organisation of surveys and the processing of collected data;

•

support for the identification of structures to be involved in activities, participation in actions carried out in connection with the youth parliament;

•

support for writing internal and external communication materials.

Other information

Financial support of: 33,76 euros per day (week-end and holidays included) .

Location: Marseille, France.

Start and duration: September, for 6 month(s).

Languages*: Italian (C1) and French (C1), English would be a plus.

*Please be aware that the languages mentioned are the minimum level of command required.
