Group Sustainability Reporting Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a rare chance to own sustainability reporting at one of the Nordics’ leading e-commerce companies.

As our Group Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will own our sustainability reporting from start to finish. In a landscape of rapidly evolving regulations, we are looking for a self-driven professional who can smoothly navigate compliance while translating data into a clear, engaging account of our sustainability journey.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead and own Boozt Group’s sustainability reporting by collecting, compiling and quality assuring sustainability data

Manage the annual CSRD-compliant Sustainability Statement, including the management of limited assurance engagements with external auditors

Calculate carbon emissions across Scope 1, Scope 2, and applicable Scope 3 categories according to the GHG Protocol

Maintain our ESG reporting software and process documentation while using AI to automate data workflows

Participate in tracking evolving regulations including the PPWR and ECGT

Work alongside the sustainability team to monitor SBTi progress and supply chain related initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an analytical, structured, and collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of data, compliance, and corporate communication.

You bring

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in sustainability reporting ideally within a listed company

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field

Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, GHG protocol and other ESG frameworks

Skilled in managing complex datasets, utilising reporting software and AI tools for automation

Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical reporting processes

Strong communicator, fluent in English, with a collaborative mindset to engage stakeholders across the business
