Products & Partners Coordinator | Buying & Merchandising

The Opportunity Are you detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded? We’re looking for a Partner & Products Coordinator to join our Buying & Merchandising (B&M) team. In this role, you’ll ensure product data, images, deliveries, and invoices run smoothly, while supporting buyers and merchandisers in their daily operations. You’ll act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners — solving issues, ensuring quality, and keeping processes on track.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work close to the products and brands within Buying & Merchandising while playing a vital role in making sure our partners’ products reach our customers in the best way possible.

What You’ll Do

•

Ensure that the correct product data, images, and attributes are uploaded and maintained

•

Coordinate deliveries with the logistics teams to ensure a smooth go-live.

•

Troubleshoot and resolve product- and order-related issues in close alignment with the buying and merchandising teams

•

Act as a service contact for external partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication

•

Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply teams to ensure smooth product flow and problem-solving

Who You Are

•

Detail-oriented and structured with excellent organizational skills

•

Strong communicator who enjoys working with both internal and external stakeholders

•

Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented — you make things happen

•

Interest in e-commerce, retail, and/or product operations

•

Comfortable with administrative and operational tasks, with good Excel skills (experience with product systems is a plus, but not a must)

•

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high variety in daily tasks
