Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Adcash seeks a passionate and analytical Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who will work on all elements of paid media within the fast-paced world of ad tech, with the flexibility to explore new channels. This strategic role offers diverse and direct ownership of turning our investments into user acquisition for our global brands.

What you will do…

•

Develop and manage global user acquisition channels and budget allocation, delivering positive ROI across all markets.

•

Analyze the impact of digital campaigns to measure and monitor performance, document insights, and adapt future budgeting and strategy decisions.

•

Plan, implement, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve ROAS and optimize campaign setup.

•

Initiate ad campaign creative and copy production, analyzing the performance to identify winning assets and guide creative direction, as well as collaborate on the execution.

•

Manage the company website, create landing pages, and optimize the user experience.

•

Work alongside the Marketing team to execute website activities according to the SEO strategy, driving traffic to the website and converting visitors into customers.

•

Collaborate with internal teams to align performance marketing strategy with brand and market goals.

We'd love to meet someone with...

•

Passion for all things digital

•

3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role

•

Advanced working knowledge of advertising platforms, such as Google and Meta Ads

•

Proven track record of managing global campaign budgets across multiple industries while meeting ROI targets

•

Good understanding of ad technical setup, Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

•

Great adaptability and project management abilities

•

Exceptional teamwork skills

What would be a plus...

•

Familiarity with GA4, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools

•

Hands-on experience with TikTok and Reddit Ads

•

Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and WordPress
