Warehouse Labourer

Position Summary

The Warehouse Labourer supports the day-to-day operations of the prefabrication warehouse by assisting with material handling, inventory organization, loading/unloading deliveries, and general production support related to prefab wall panel manufacturing. This role works closely with the warehouse production team to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain inventory, tools, and work areas.
• Support prefab wall panel production by preparing materials and components.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and hand tools safely.
• Assist with packaging and staging completed wall panels for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow company safety procedures.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, or general labor experience considered an asset.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification considered an asset.
• CSA approved steel-toed boots required.

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding position requiring lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive movement.
• Warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Overtime or flexible scheduling may be required based on production needs.
• Use of PPE and adherence to all safety procedures required.
