Job title : Corporate Recruitment Partner (FTC)

Salary : 43,230 Euros (6 Months)

Location : Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Contract/Hours : 6-month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week (possibility of extension based on business needs and recruitment volumes)

Why join us

Take ownership of end-to-end corporate recruitment across multiple European markets, directly shaping how MVHE attracts and hires great talent.

Operate in a high-impact, standalone role with full accountability and direct visibility to global Talent Acquisition leadership.

Build and improve recruitment approaches across the UK, Germany, and Spain within a developing and evolving TA function.

Partner closely with hiring managers and People & Organisation colleagues across Finance, Legal, Digital Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Affairs.

Contribute to a purpose-driven organisation committed to creating A BETTER WORLD FOR PETS, where your work directly supports high-quality veterinary care across Europe.

The team

You will be part of the Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE) Talent Acquisition function, reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition. This is a lean and evolving TA environment, where tools, processes, and ways of working are actively being developed as part of a broader capability build across Europe.

This role operates as a standalone corporate recruiter, meaning there is no dedicated local TA team providing day-to-day support. Instead, you will work within a global Talent Acquisition community and have access to central expertise, governance, and developing recruitment infrastructure.

The environment is international, fast-paced, and highly collaborative across borders. You will partner closely with People & Organisation teams and senior hiring stakeholders across multiple countries, helping to shape consistent and high-quality hiring practices while adapting to local market requirements.

What we’re looking for

4+ years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.

Experience recruiting across multiple European markets, with exposure to the UK, Germany, or Spain considered a strong advantage.

Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, offer management, and ATS administration (Workday or similar).

Strong understanding of GDPR principles and ability to apply data privacy requirements in recruitment processes.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, build structure independently, and manage competing priorities in a standalone role

What we offer

Join a purpose driven company, where we’re striving to shape the future of veterinary care, together.

An industry competitive salary and benefits package

A stimulating work environment with good opportunities for personal development

Freedom to take responsibility and the opportunity to influence

Flexible working hours, hybrid working, international, digital work environment

Learning and development opportunities

The opportunity to cuddle our beloved 4-legged friends in our offices.

We are always open for a conversation to discuss your individual needs.
