Project Manager

Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.

Primary Functions and Tasks

•

Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end ETM.next implementation projects

•

Conduct gap workshops with the client team and define development gaps

•

Conceptualize functional design for development gaps and align with global product management

•

Lead cut over and migration activities

•

Define and manage project scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies

•

Coordinate cross‑functional teams (ETM consultants, SAP, development, QA, client teams)

•

Act as the main point of contact for the client on delivery‑related topics

•

Ensure alignment between business requirements and ETM solution design

•

Track progress and prepare regular project status and steering updates

•

Manage change requests and assess impact on scope, timeline, and budget

•

Ensure adherence to agreed project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)

•

Support go‑live, hypercare, and transition to operations

•

Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of ETM delivery practices

We are looking for

•

2+ years of experience in IT / Digital / SaaS Project Management or functional role

•

Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations

•

Experience with SAP‑related projects is a strong advantage

•

Good understanding of operational processes (asset, equipment, fleet, logistics – an advantage)

•

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

•

Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams

•

Solid planning, prioritization, and risk management skills

•

Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models

•

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.) is a plus

•

Fluent English (German is a plus)
