About the Role
We are looking for a Field Application Specialist who enjoys working closely with customers and helping them successfully apply advanced scientific technologies in their research.
In this role, you will support customer onboarding, training, product evaluations, and scientific discussions while helping customers achieve successful outcomes with Navinci's products and solutions
As part of the commercial team, you will play an active role in supporting lead generation, customer engagement, opportunity development, and successful adoption of the company's products and solutions
Key Responsibilities
•
Conduct customer training, onboarding, demonstrations, and technical support activities
•
Support customer evaluations and successful adoption of Navinci's products and solutions
•
Participate in customer meetings, scientific discussions, conferences, webinars, and other external activities
•
Support lead generation and opportunity development through scientific engagement and customer interactions
•
Build and maintain relationships with customers, collaborators, distributors, and other stakeholders
•
Gather customer feedback, market insights, and application requirements
•
Support product evaluations, beta testing, and application development activities
•
Contribute to scientific content, presentations, training materials, and customer-facing resources
•
Ensure customer activities and opportunities are documented in CRM and company systems
•
Represent Navinci at conferences, workshops, webinars, and scientific events
What We Are Looking For
Education and background
•
MSc or PhD in molecular biology, biotechnology, immunology, proteomics, pathology, medical science, or a related field
•
Hands-on experience with immunostaining, immunoassays, antibodies, microscopy, or related technologies is considered an advantage
Experience
•
Experience in customer support, application support, laboratory research, scientific services, or similar roles within life sciences
•
Experience working with research tools, technologies, or scientific workflows
•
Experience interacting with academic, biotech, CRO, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical customers is considered an advantage
•
Experience from a customer-facing role is considered an advantage
