Site Engineer - Pipes & Fittings

Key Responsibilities

•

Execute and supervise Fire Stopping site activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards.

•

Review project drawings, method statements, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation at site.

•

Plan and manage daily site operations, including manpower allocation, work schedules, and progress monitoring.

•

Handle multiple project sites simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and completion of works.

•

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution and issue resolution.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.

•

Monitor site productivity, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

•

Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates as required by management.

•

Provide technical guidance and support to site teams to ensure proper execution of fire stopping works.

•

Support overall project planning, coordination, and successful delivery within the defined schedule.

Minimum Requirements

•

Experience in Fire Stopping site execution and coordination within the construction industry.

•

Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and manage site-related activities effectively.

•

Good knowledge of site production, quality control, and inspection procedures.

•

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

•

Ability to manage multiple sites and work under pressure.

•

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
