Job description
Key Responsibilities
•
Execute and monitor Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting projects in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and company quality standards.
•
Prepare project execution schedules, daily work plans, and allocate tasks to site teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
•
Supervise site technicians and provide technical guidance to ensure work is carried out safely, accurately, and in compliance with project requirements.
•
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.
•
Review and explain shop drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to site personnel before execution.
•
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
•
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and project completion reports, including progress updates and site documentation.
•
Organize technical training and toolbox talks to enhance the knowledge and performance of site technicians.
•
Monitor the availability and condition of tools, equipment, and materials, and coordinate requirements with the relevant departments.
•
Review client correspondence and technical communications and take appropriate action to ensure project requirements are met.
•
Prepare and verify Bills of Quantity (BOQ), material requests, and project-related documentation in coordination with the Material Coordinator.
•
Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local authority regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures throughout project execution.
Technical Requirements
•
Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems with relevant project execution experience.
•
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
•
Good understanding of installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance practices for fire protection systems.
•
Strong leadership, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
