In this role, you will

Build and grow client relationships, secure new engagements, and foster long-term partnerships.

Lead project and programme teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

•

Strengthen our capabilities and contribute to our visibility and position in the market.

•

Serve as Regional Manager for our Gothenburg office, supporting and inspiring colleagues.

•

Coach and mentor colleagues while helping to build a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who brings

•

More than 15 years of experience in management consulting, with expertise in one or more of our value propositions: Strategy & Operational Excellence, Tech-Powered Business Transformation, IT Effectiveness, Data Management and Architecture, Risk and Compliance, or Tech Sourcing Advisory.

•

A postgraduate degree in management, engineering, science, or a related field.

•

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain business networks.

•

Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•

An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working.
