The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Designer / Drafting & Design Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality, buildable design documentation across our project portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external consultants to review, coordinate and quality-check architectural documentation , ensuring designs are accurate, compliant, and ready for construction. You’ll also contribute to in-house documentation where required.

This role suits someone with a strong Revit and documentation background , ideally with exposure to townhouse or medium-density residential projects , who enjoys technical detail, collaboration, and seeing designs successfully delivered on site.

Key Responsibilities

Review, coordinate and produce architectural documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and buildability

Champion best-practice Revit use across projects

Support design programmes, resourcing and coordination across multiple projects

Work closely with project teams and consultants to resolve design risks and issues

Undertake QA reviews to ensure documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements

Identify opportunities to improve documentation efficiency and reduce design costs

About You

5–10+ years’ experience in Architecture or Building Design

Strong knowledge of Australian codes, standards and construction processes

Advanced Revit capability, with experience coordinating consultant documentation

Experience working on townhouse, multi-unit or medium-density residential projects highly regarded

Detail-driven, organised and able to manage competing priorities

Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach

Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design
