Job Description

Working on schedule change reservations

•

Handling emails of customer queries

•

Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals

•

Responsible to check all queues

•

Multi-tasking and ready to adapt to new situations and challenges or role.

Requirements

•

Any graduates and undergraduates can apply.

•

Any domain experience is added advantage but it's not mandatory

•

Freshers can apply.

•

Knowledge of the Travel Industry would be a plus

•

Excellent written and verbal communication.

•

Ability to work in different shifts(Including night shift)

Preferred Requirements

•

Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.

•

Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities

•

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
