What you’ll be doing As a Host/Hostess at The Broadcaster, you’ll:
•
Create a warm, friendly first impression and set the tone for each guest’s visit.
•
Manage reservations and walk-ins smoothly using SevenRooms, ensuring a balanced table flow across our multiple floors and spaces.
•
Support the delivery of our busy events calendar, coordinating bookings and guest arrivals with ease.
•
Lead guests to their tables and make them feel instantly at ease.
•
Share knowledge of our menus with confidence and enthusiasm.
•
Work closely with the FOH team to keep service smooth and the atmosphere upbeat.
What’s in it for you
•
Group dining discounts across our venues.
•
Team incentives and trips to celebrate successes.
•
Staff meals & refreshments to keep you energised.
•
Staff referral programme. Bring your friends on board!
•
Early access to earned wages via Stream.
You’ll bring
•
A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel valued.
•
A positive, approachable personality and great communication skills.
•
Confidence using booking systems (experience with SevenRooms is a plus).
•
Previous hosting experience in a busy, multi-floor venue or events-led environment.
•
The ability to stay calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure.
•
A team-player mindset and willingness to support where needed.
Be part of a team that values positivity, service, and growth, and help us make every guest experience one to remember.
