About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support a growing U.S.-based landscape renovation company focused on high-end outdoor remodeling projects.
This role combines project coordination, CAD/design support, proposal updates, and operational assistance throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to help keep projects organized, updated, and moving efficiently from planning to execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with backgrounds in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or landscape design who enjoy both technical and operational work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
•
Support project coordination and day-to-day operational tasks
•
Update and modify design plans using AutoCAD
•
Assist with project documentation, proposals, and technical reports
•
Review blueprints, grading plans, drainage layouts, and site drawings
•
Coordinate with internal teams and onsite crews
•
Help organize procurement and material-related documentation
•
Maintain accurate project records and updates
•
Support project timelines and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
What We’re Looking For
•
Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Landscape Design, or related fields
•
Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD (2D required / 3D is a plus)
•
Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans
•
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
•
Comfortable working in fast-paced, constantly changing environments
•
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
•
B2+ to C1 English level
•
Experience supporting projects, operations, or design coordination is highly preferred
Nice to Have
•
Experience with landscaping, construction, outdoor remodeling, or architectural projects
•
Knowledge of grading plans, drainage layouts, or hardscape drawings
•
Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD platforms
•
Exposure to U.S.-based projects or clients
