Role Overview
This role focuses on understanding complex multi-qubit dynamics, noise, and emergent behavior as systems scale, with an emphasis on models that can inform real systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Model many-body and open quantum system dynamics
- Study thermalization, crosstalk, and non-equilibrium effects
- Develop reduced models usable by AI calibration systems
- Identify scaling bottlenecks and emergent error mechanisms
- Collaborate closely with experimental teams
Qualifications
- PhD in theoretical physics or related discipline
- Expertise in many-body dynamics or open quantum systems
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
