- Technical Sales Support Specialist Ridderkerk Area Ned Marine Services BV, based in Ridderkerk, is a full-service company operating in the maritime industry. We distribute a wide range of products, including Marine Tapes, pilot ladders, and anodes. In our own manufacturing facility in Rotterdam Botlek, we produce aluminum gangways, and we provide Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services worldwide. We are looking for an additional colleague to join our Internal Sales Department and support our growing business. Key Responsibilities - Processing and following up on customer orders in our Exact ERP system - Scheduling and coordinating our NDT inspectors for inspection assignments - Purchasing various products and services - Maintaining and updating our customer and product database - Building and maintaining frequent contact with customers Education and Knowledge - Technical MBO+ / HBO level of education - Excellent command of both Dutch and English - Experience with CRM and ERP systems (such as Salesforce or Exact) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar technical sales support or internal sales role - Experience providing technical sales support and customer assistance Skills - Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset - Accurate, detail-oriented and strong admin skills. - Proactive with a problem-solving attitude - Strong planning and organizational skills - Commercial awareness combined with technical insight What We Are Looking For - Full-time availability - Flexible and able to perform well under pressure - Affinity with maritime products and services is considered a strong advantage What We Offer - A pleasant working environment with highly motivated ...
