Our headquarters are in Brighton, UK, with an additional 7 offices globally. We work with a diverse portfolio of international clients across the financial services sector, with a strong focus on insurance, reinsurance, and the Lloyd's market.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Marketing and Sales Executive to join our UK team. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the growth of the business through creative marketing initiatives and proactive sales activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in marketing and sales who is ready to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients
  • Represent JEC at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Support the development and delivery of the company's sales strategy
  • Manage social media presence and create engaging content for target audiences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to support business development activity

Essential Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative mindset with a flair for compelling storytelling and campaign ideas
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a genuine drive to grow

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within financial services, insurance, or professional services
  • Confidence using digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand and content strategy
  • Familiarity with the Lloyd's market or reinsurance sector
