Lead a Technical Team Supporting Customers Around the World

45Drives is looking for a Technical Support Team Lead who can coach people, solve technical problems, and help build a strong customer-focused team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others grow while still staying connected to technology and troubleshooting. You’ll lead a technical support team that works with enterprise storage systems, Linux environments, and customers solving large-scale data challenges.

You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you should enjoy learning, mentoring, communicating clearly, and helping teams perform at a high level.

What You’ll Do

As the Technical Support Team Lead, you’ll support and guide a team responsible for helping customers troubleshoot and optimize storage solutions.

Your day-to-day work may include

  • Coaching and mentoring technical support team members
  • Helping resolve escalated customer issues
  • Supporting team performance and development
  • Improving support workflows and communication
  • Working with other departments to solve problems
  • Translating technical concepts into clear explanations
  • Helping create a positive, collaborative team environment
  • Staying current with storage, Linux, and infrastructure technologies

This is a leadership role, but it’s also hands-on. You’ll work closely with both people and technology.
