OVERVIEW

QuinnBet is an online Sportsbook and Casino operator in the UK and Ireland that has been rapidly growing over the past five years. We are now looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator / Customer Support Agent to join our team.

Based in Cavan Town, this position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of an expanding, exciting company, as well as possibilities for career progression and development.

This is predominantly a weekend position , but additional midweek hours can be offered to the successful candidate if they would like it, particularly during the summer months.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

Responsible for replying to client queries and email correspondence; ensuring that all required client documentation is on file, and providing strong administrative support to the management and administrative teams. Responsible for producing daily Excel and other reports.

The role requires a high level of confidentiality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Replying to client correspondence (primarily emails) in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that required documentation is on each client file, and that files are updated in the computerised system.
  • Promoting positive relationships with clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience of both our website and their general interactions with the company.
  • Preparing, producing, and distributing reports from the system.
  • Preparing reports from the system to disseminate bulk emails to clients.
  • Meeting organisation for both on-site and off-site meetings, including room set-up and refreshment.
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies, and prepare stationary orders.
  • General administrative duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Completion of some college coursework in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field OR two years of full-time office experience is required.
  • Demonstrable experience in using computers for college coursework or in an office environment is also required.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of a variety of computer software, including MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written skills.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a variety of weekend shifts, according to business needs (rotas are prepared a month in advance).
