Job description
Maine Family Planning is seeking a full-time Regional Manager to join our team.
The Regional Site Manager is responsible to provide leadership and operational oversight to ensure clinical staff achieve organizational goals and objectives. This role is responsible for managing the clinical, administrative and financial functions of multiple clinic locations, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Services and clinical teams, the Regional Site Manager supports the delivery of patient-centered healthcare services that align with MFP’s organizational standards, clinical requirements, and best practices.
The Regional Site Manager ensures that direct and support services are provided based on established clinical protocols, while promoting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence in patient care.
This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services. The clinic locations and oversight to be determined based on the candidate's location. Travel is expected for this position.

Qualifications Needed for Position
Experience and Skill Requirements: The following experience and skills are considered essential:
- Three to five years of experience required in program management and health care.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Experience working in a family planning setting
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills including staff development and organizational change strategies.
- Ability to balance quality health care programming, excellent customer service and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
Education and Knowledge Requirements: The following education requirements are considered essential:
- B.A./B.S. in health or business or related field preferred.
Other Requirements Needed for Position
- A valid driver’s license.
