Role overview
We’re seeking a skilled Senior Dealer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets and strong risk management experience.
Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, nights, and overnights, is required.
Key Functions
- Monitor and manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with trading limits and risk parameters.
- Configure and manage trading accounts using MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator, while overseeing system performance and platform operations.
- Implementing the hedging strategies defined by management
- Performing market analysis and hedge cost analysis
- Executing clients’ transactions according to their instructions
- Keeping up to date with developments and monitoring trends for all instruments
- Handle bridge configurations (PrimeXM, FXCubic, Centroid, YourBourse).
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot trading platform issues.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trading activities and risk exposure.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to accounts, positions, or margin calls.
Competencies and Required Background
- 3-5 years of experience in financial markets or the financial industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computers science, Engineering or any other related field.
- Proficiency in MT4/MT5 Manager and Administrator.
- Experience in Data Analytics/ Programming is a plus. Tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL preferred.
- Proven experience in risk management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, nights, and overnights.
- Well-developed trading skills.
- A strong understanding of best execution policies and procedures.
- Able to handle operation procedures.
- Problem solving and strong communication skills are necessary
- Passion for the industry and keeping up to date with recent trends and changes.
