Job description

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing department with project coordination, stakeholder management, and day-to-day operational activities across multiple regions.

Key Functions

  • Coordinate marketing projects and follow up on deliverables.
  • Manage requests from Business Development and regional teams.
  • Track timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with Design, Content, CRM, Development, Compliance, and external vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation and status updates.
  • Assist with campaign launches, webinars, promotions, and regional initiatives.
  • Support reporting and administrative marketing activities.

Core Competencies and Required Background

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
  • Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
