Role Overview
We’re seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to build and manage our company’s trading communities, increase engagement, and strengthen relationships with traders and partners.
Key Functions
- Manage and grow online trading communities across relevant channels.
- Create and execute engagement initiatives and community activities.
- Respond to community questions and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Support webinars, educational initiatives, competitions, and promotions.
- Gather community feedback and provide insights to Marketing and relevant teams.
- Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Help develop a long-term community growth strategy.
Core Competencies and Required Background
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Experience managing online communities.
- Understanding of trading, financial markets, fintech, or CFDs is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with Telegram, Discord, Facebook Groups, or similar platforms is an advantage.
