Job description

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to build and manage our company’s trading communities, increase engagement, and strengthen relationships with traders and partners.

Key Functions

  • Manage and grow online trading communities across relevant channels.
  • Create and execute engagement initiatives and community activities.
  • Respond to community questions and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
  • Support webinars, educational initiatives, competitions, and promotions.
  • Gather community feedback and provide insights to Marketing and relevant teams.
  • Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Help develop a long-term community growth strategy.

Core Competencies and Required Background

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing online communities.
  • Understanding of trading, financial markets, fintech, or CFDs is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience with Telegram, Discord, Facebook Groups, or similar platforms is an advantage.
