PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio that focuses on developing and marketing its own apps that are used and loved by millions of people around the world. Our products collectively reach more than a half-million new users every month in the US market alone. Our team works in hybrid model with offices in San Francisco and Istanbul.
We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories, our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience.
We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an exceptional Influencer Marketing Specialist who will help us shape the future of mobile.
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, TikTok content, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, UGC, or social media growth
- Strong understanding of TikTok-native short-form content, including hooks, trends, creator formats, viral angles, and what separates performance content from nice-looking content
- Ability to turn content insights into clear creator briefs, hooks, scripts, and testable content angles
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up creative ideation, script writing, content variation, video production support, and workflow automation
- Strong interest in mobile apps, iOS products, consumer utilities, AI tools, productivity apps, and subscription-based growth models
- Analytical mindset to evaluate creator and content performance through CPA, CAC, trial starts, purchases, ROAS, and winning content patterns
- Strong communication and organization skills to manage multiple creators, content tests, outreach flows, and campaign workflows at the same time
- Proactive ownership mindset: someone who can build a repeatable system, not only complete assigned tasks
Your responsibilities will be
- Build and manage our creator, influencer, and affiliate marketing system for mobile subscription apps
- Create and maintain creator lists, outreach flows, pricing benchmarks, content briefs, and performance tracking systems
- Develop TikTok-first content ideas, hooks, angles, scripts, and creator briefs for different app categories
- Use AI tools to increase creative production speed, generate content variations, and reduce manual operational work
- Coordinate creator content production from idea to delivery, including feedback, revisions, publishing, and performance review
- Analyze creator campaign performance across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other creator-driven channels
- Work closely with the paid UA and creative teams to identify which creator videos can be tested or scaled as paid ads
- Turn creator campaign learnings into repeatable playbooks, briefs, and automation workflows
