General Purpose of the Position
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for the strategic management and retention of Caliente.mx’s most exclusive clientele. This role requires a unique blend of luxury hospitality expertise and private wealth management acumen . The ideal candidate will act as a peer to our most influential users, providing sophisticated, high-touch service while navigating high-stakes environments with absolute confidence and professional authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Portfolio Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, ensuring a bespoke, "white-glove" experience that aligns with international luxury standards.
- Executive Relationship Management: Engage with high-profile individuals and business leaders with poise and assertiveness, managing complex demands and high-volume transactions with ease.
- Bespoke Hospitality & Concierge: Design and coordinate exclusive lifestyle experiences and personalized rewards, maintaining the standards of a world-class luxury concierge.
- Retention & Loyalty Strategy: Utilize emotional intelligence and deep industry knowledge to foster long-term loyalty, acting as a trusted advisor to the client while protecting the brand’s interests.
Candidate Profile
- Professional Background: 7+ years of experience in Private Wealth Management, Luxury Hospitality (5-star General Management), or Elite Relationship Management .
- UHNW Expertise: Proven track record of directly managing relationships with highly influential, affluent individuals.
- Exceptional Communication: Must possess the executive presence required to communicate effectively at a peer level with high-net-worth clients.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
