What We’re Looking For

If you’re an entomologist with a strong understanding of vector biology, study design and data analysis that underpins the safe introduction of biological technologies, we want to meet you.

You will have a degree in

  • Entomology
  • Vector biology
  • Biological sciences
  • Environmental science
  • Ecology
  • Public health entomology
  • Regulatory science or related fields

For senior roles, we welcome applicants with postgraduate qualifications and industry/regulatory experience supporting the assessment, registration, or governance of biological products or pest‑control technologies.

Experience in any of the following is a strong plus

  • Working with vector species or agricultural pests
  • Study design (e.g., environmental assessments, field trials, biosafety testing)
  • Data generation and reporting to support regulatory submissions
  • Insect ecology and population dynamics
  • Experience with biosafety, compliance, or quality systems
  • Risk assessment for biological or genetic technologies
  • Stakeholder engagement, including regulators, scientific reviewers, and community groups
  • Awareness of regulatory frameworks (e.g., EPA, APHIS, FDA, state agriculture departments)

Most importantly: you care deeply about safety, transparency, and the responsible introduction of technologies that benefit communities and ecosystems.
