Job description

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office & People Operations Coordinator to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly while supporting the everyday employee experience at 3ap. From coordinating office operations and administrative tasks to helping organize team activities and People & Culture initiatives, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive and well-organized work environment.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is in the final year of studies or has a university degree
  • Has previous experience in administration, office management, HR support, operations, or a similar role
  • Is highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys working with people and building positive relationships
  • Can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Takes ownership and approaches challenges proactively
  • Has excellent communication skills in Serbian and English
  • Is comfortable working with documentation, spreadsheets, and various administrative processes

Some of the things you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating day-to-day office operations and administration
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Supporting travel arrangements, logistics, and office-related purchases
  • Assisting with invoices, contracts, documentation, and operational processes
  • Helping organize company events, team gatherings, workshops, and celebrations
  • Supporting onboarding activities and employee experience initiatives
  • Assisting the People & Culture team with various projects and internal activities
  • Ensuring our office remains a welcoming, organized, and enjoyable place to work
