Telemarketer: Easy Contact | Growth – Makati, Metro Manila (On Site!)

The Role : We are looking for driven and articulate B2B Telemarketers to join our outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective business clients and qualifying opportunities. You will play a key role in pipeline generation across targeted sectors and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to targeted B2B prospects across defined sectors and regions
• Identify and engage key decision-makers, including C-suite, IT leaders, and Business Decision Maker contacts
• Deliver compelling, tailored value propositions aligned to prospect pain points
• Qualify prospects against agreed criteria (e.g. BANT or HQL) to ensure pipeline quality

• Excellent English verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone presence.
• Must be willing to work 100% on-site in our Makati Office.

• Amenable to working in a shifting schedule
• Ability to work towards targets and goals and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools.
