Position: Service Coordinator

Location: Hemel Hampstead Company: Learnd UK Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent

Learnd UK is growing rapidly and expanding across new regional hubs. We are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to support our Operations, Service Desk, Maintenance, and Finance teams in delivering excellent customer service and efficient operations from learnd Hemel office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engineers, maintenance tasks, and remedial works
  • Manage service planners, bookings, accommodation, and schedules
  • Liaise with customers via phone and email
  • Process reports, quotations, invoices, and supporting documents
  • Support finance activities including invoicing and credit control
  • Assist with parts ordering and supplier coordination
  • Support Operations Managers with reporting and contract profitability
  • Help improve business processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in service coordination or customer service
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM/service management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
  • Right to work in the UK
