You'll manage and grow your own customer relationships, prospect for new business, and guide buyers through a first-class journey from enquiry to handover â all while delivering the kind of service that turns customers into loyal fans and referrals. đ Main Duties
- Manage relationships with your existing customers, keeping in regular contact about our products (new and used motorcycles, parts, safety wear and clothing) and forthcoming events.
- Prospect for new customers by telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain your own database of enquiries and opportunities.
- Qualify customer needs across new and used motorcycles, appraise part exchanges, present proposals, and negotiate and conclude sales.
- Arrange a high-quality handover and delivery experience.
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the product range and keep it current through manufacturer-led training.
- Sell finance and other related products, and up-sell across the wider range.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain professional standards across all your work, including administration.

- Relevant, successful sales experience in a similar role.
- Remarkable relationship-building and negotiation skills to develop and close opportunities.
- Strong, engaging and persuasive communication, with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively within the team.
- Able to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
- Comfortable adapting quickly to new systems (full training provided).
- A genuine passion for outstanding customer service.

- Hands-on experience around motorcycles â even as a hobby rather than a work role.
- A motorcycle or automotive sales background (though exceptional candidates without one may be considered).
- Experience selling finance and related products.
Please note: this is an FCA Approved Person role, so the successful candidate will need to hold or be able to obtain FCA Approved Person status.
The Essentials
- đ Hours: 40 hours per week, worked across 5 days on a rota (Monday to Saturday)
- đˇ Salary: ÂŁ25,397 basic, plus commission â with realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of ÂŁ45,000âÂŁ55,000
- đ Location: Farnham (on site)
