What you will be doing

Architecting Agentic Solutions & Scalable MLOps

As an AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between experimental AI research and robust, production-ready software. You won't just be "using" AI; you will be orchestrating it. You will own the development of complex, multi-agent systems and the data pipelines that power them. This role requires a data-driven mindset where every deployment is backed by quantitative benchmarks and rigorous observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Combine software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning/LLM skills to deliver solutions, from prototype to production-ready .
• Architect and deploy sophisticated agentic workflows using AutoGen , LangChain , CrewAI or similar frameworks to automate multi-step business processes.
• Build high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, optimizing for indexing, retrieval, and re-ranking using modern data warehouses.
• Own the lifecycle of AI services , from experiment tracking and model registries to CI/CD automation and production monitoring.
• Develop and maintain production-ready AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

Your Toolkit

• 3+ years of experience in backend/software engineering with a mastery of Python.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production AI applications , including structured outputs (JSON) and function calling.
• Strong experience with Azure (preferred) or other major cloud providers (AWS/GCP), specifically their ML and data service offerings.
• Ability to transform raw generation logs into actionable business metrics.
• Bonus: Professional experience with Node.js/Next.js and React .
