What you will be doing

Own the full talent hiring life cycle across all our data environments , from sourcing strategies to candida te experience , and hiring manager enablement.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, influencing talent decisions that directly impacts our growth a nd organisational culture.

There is high opportunity to perform across the full HR ecosystem , with recruitment being the priority

Key Responsibilities

  • To source, attract and screen candidates against the role requirements and oversee the end-to-end hiring process whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • To partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and strategize to fill open roles within
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst creating a robust talent pipeline
  • Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract scarce skilled and high-quality candidates
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and use data to inform future recruitment strategie s
  • Perform in a generalist capacity where required which includes compensation & reward, learning and dev elopment, performance, organisational design, and other operational HR related tasks

Your Toolkit

  • Demonstrable experience in an HR role with significant exposure in end-to-end recruitment
  • Proven experience hir ing across AI & technical roles in machine learning engineerin g , d ata science, da t a engineering, software engineering, deep analytics, and consulting in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  • High aptitude to multi -task with an agility to adapt to regular change
  • E xperience in broader HR generalist activities outside of recr uitmen t
  • Strong understanding of talent markets within AI and T echnology
