2632 Sprinkler Technician

We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Service Technician to join our service team covering the Far North region.

This is a guaranteed 40 hours per week role. We provide our customers with 24/7 callout support.

The nature of the work involves keeping cool under pressure and thinking on your feet to problem solve. Your positive attitude, effective communication skills and sense of humour will help you to get along with customers and the team.

The role involves servicing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems.

You will bring

• Proven experience as a sprinkler technician, with a minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
• NZQA Fixed Fire Systems Level 4 qualification (preferred) or a commitment to achieving it.
• Strong working knowledge of NZS 4541, sprinkler system compliance and industry best practice.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• A professional approach with strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• A clean, full New Zealand driver licence.
• The ability to work safely at heights.
• A clean criminal history and the ability to pass pre-employment screening.
