As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the automotive service department
- Supervise and lead a team of skilled technicians and service advisors
- Maintain high-quality standards for service and repair work

- Implement efficient workflow processes and optimize resource utilisation
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to achieve departmental goals
