About the role
As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our physical product flow, and one of the people who makes that flow smarter every week. You'll work closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to make sure our machines, spare parts, and consumables get where they need to go, on time and in full. But this role is more than keeping things moving, and you'll be doing hands-on execution as well as having the opportunity to think and improve process: spotting what's clunky, thinking ahead, and using our AI tools to improve your work and automate the repetitive stuff.
From resolving delivery issues and chasing shipments to reviewing order reports and proposing the next improvement, you're the go-to person who keeps things running and keeps making them better. It's a role with plenty of variety and ownership, and it comes with its fair share of small and big logistical puzzles to solve. Think: what's behind a series of failed deliveries, how can we cut lead times, or what report could we build so we catch this before it becomes a problem?

What you'll do
Keep the flow moving (ā60%)

Coordinate outbound logistics with our 3PL partners, tracking and chasing shipments, resolving exceptions, and keeping stakeholders informed
ā¢
Monitor orders and review order reports to confirm everything is being delivered according to plan ā and jump on anything that isn't
ā¢
Follow up on delivery issues and manage the return/repair process together with our Supply Chain team
ā¢
Create shipments and, occasionally, pack and ship orders directly from our HQ
ā¢
Work closely with Supply Chain on inbound logistics and accurate stock management
Make it better (ā40%)

Spot opportunities to improve how we work ā then think ahead and design the fix
ā¢
Use our existing AI tools to build and improve dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and turn order data into early-warning signals (you don't need to be a developer ā you need to know what to build and how to direct the tools to build it)

Monitor 3PL performance by gathering data, escalating issues when needed, and proposing improvements
ā¢
Own and drive small-to-medium operational improvement projects from idea to rollout
About you
You thrive in a central role, bringing structure to a fast-paced environment while keeping both colleagues and customers happy. You communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and you're the kind of person who can't walk past a broken process without wanting to fix it.
Must-haves

HBO-level thinking and working experience
ā¢
1-3 years of experience and affinity with logistics and/or operations (or very eager to learn!)
ā¢
Genuinely detail-oriented, meticulous and thorough ā you don't let things slip through the cracks
ā¢
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable juggling many moving parts and jumping in where needed
ā¢
A proactive, think-ahead mindset ā you spot improvements and come up with ideas, you don't just wait for instructions
ā¢
Comfortable using digital tools (ERP, shipment tracking portals) and genuinely curious about using AI tools to work smarter
ā¢
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with colleagues and external partners
ā¢
Fluent in English
ā¢
Based in the Netherlands, able to work 4ā5 days a week from our HQ
ā¢
Able to work without visa sponsorship from the company in the Netherlands
Nice-to-haves

Previous experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers

Hands-on experience building dashboards, automations, or using AI tools to streamline work

Background in a fast-paced scale-up or startup environment
