Remote California Associate Attorney

The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith is seeking a Remote California Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is a strong fit for an attorney who enjoys legal research, drafting, client communication, and hands-on case support across multiple practice areas.

Our firm handles a broad range of legal matters, including litigation, estate planning, family law, immigration, landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, workers’ compensation, environmental law, securities law, tribal law and regulations, patent-related matters, and other civil practice areas. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to prepare cases, draft legal documents, assist with client consultations, and support case strategy from intake through resolution.

The ideal candidate is licensed to practice law in California, detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple legal matters in a remote law firm environment. Strong legal writing, research ability, and professional judgment are essential.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $125,000 – $185,000 per year.
