What you'll do
•
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and gain end-to-end exposure to the recruitment lifecycle
•
Initiate and maintain communication with candidates, supporting the early stages of the hiring process
•
Engage and source talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Profession, job boards and career fairs
•
Represent the company by conducting initial screening interviews with potential candidates
•
Write detailed and accurate notes from candidate prescreening interviews to ensure seamless communication among the recruitment team and hiring managers
•
Manage and post job advertisements across platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with employer branding
What we're looking for
•
Preferred background: Ongoing university studies in Hungary - Minimum 1 more year with student status
•
Availability: minimum 25 working hours/week
•
Languages: Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
•
Attitude: Confident, great communication skills, proactive attitude, creativity
Advantages
