*** Contract - Looking for 2, one for each schedule below. ***

Mondays - Fridays 7 am - 3:30 pm / Sundays - Thursdays 11 am - 7:30 pm

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Perform high volume calls daily.
  • Update system with comments and new information from daily customer calls.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Data Entry Experience.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette.
  • 10-Key Experience.
  • Knowledge of basic MS Word and Excel.
