Mondays - Fridays 7 am - 3:30 pm / Sundays - Thursdays 11 am - 7:30 pm
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Perform high volume calls daily.
- Update system with comments and new information from daily customer calls.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Data Entry Experience.
- Professional Phone Etiquette.
- 10-Key Experience.
- Knowledge of basic MS Word and Excel.
