Product Manager (Electronic Hearing Protection), Hellberg Safety

About the role

In this role, you will analyze market trends, technology developments, and customer needs to build and drive a competitive product roadmap. You will own the product range, lead product development projects, and ensure that products meet both commercial targets and regulatory requirements. This role will report directly to the Managing Director at Hellberg Safety and will be part of the management team.

The position will be based at Hellberg Safety in Stenkullen outside Gothenburg.

Key Responsibilities

•

Develop and execute the product strategy for Electronic Hearing Protection based on market and customer insights

•

Own business cases, profitability, and product performance

•

Capture the “Voice of Customer” and translate needs into clear product requirements for R&D

•

Lead product development projects and ensure delivery according to plan

•

Coordinate product launches

•

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

•

Manage product data and portfolio lifecycle

•

Deliver product training internally and externally

•

Contribute actively to the Hellberg Safety management team as the Product Management representative for Electronic Hearing Protection

Your profile

Background & experience

We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and commercially minded, with the ability to turn insights into tangible results. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and enjoy driving both product and business success

To be successful in this role, we believe you

Hold a university degree in a relevant field

•

Have +5 years’ experience in product management (electronics/audio is a plus)

•

Are a strong team player with solid collaboration skills

•

Are results-driven with a clear customer focus

•

Manage stakeholders effectively and communicate with confidence

•

Have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability

•

Are well-organized with strong planning and prioritization skills

•

Are fluent in English and bring solid project and change management experience
