Full-Time Parts Specialist

We are growing! McCarthy Auto Group is seeking a Full-Time Parts Specialist for our McCarthy Honda location in Overland Park. We offer highly competitive wages, a comprehensive benefit package, and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Parts Support

• Assist service technicians and advisors by accurately identifying and supplying required parts.
• Process internal parts requests efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Maintain communication with service and sales teams regarding parts availability and order status.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper documentation of parts transactions and inventory adjustments.

E-Commerce Fulfillment

• Process online parts and accessory orders accurately and promptly.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring product accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and track deliveries as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding online orders, availability, and shipping status.
• Monitor online marketplace and e-commerce platforms to ensure listings remain accurate and up to date.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

General Duties

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory shipments.
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Support department goals related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One or more years of Parts Counter experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Capable of problem identification and resolution.
• Possess good time management skills.
• Team oriented with excellent communication skills.
