Job description
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead and oversee all dealership accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background, exceptional leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of dealership accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting office operations
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
- Reconcile schedules and general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage deal posting, funding, and inventory accounting
- Supervise and develop office staff
- Assist with audits and internal controls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience
- Previous Office Manager or Controller experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dealership management systems ( Reynolds & Reynolds)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic Understanding of Titles
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
